How to Request Data Deletion

You have two simple ways to request the deletion of your personal and transactional data:

You can send an email to our dedicated support team at admin@advolive.com. In your email, please clearly state your request to have your data and account deleted. Our team will review your request, and once it is approved and processed, your data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.

🎫Submit a Support Ticket

You can submit a support ticket directly from within the app. Our admin team will receive your request and take the necessary action to delete your data. The estimated time for your data to be completely removed is 15-20 working days.

What Happens After Data Deletion?

Once your data and account are deleted, all your personal information and transaction history will be permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible, and your data cannot be restored.

If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
