1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are non-refundable, as they are charged for the time and professional advice provided during your session.

2. Retainer Fees

If you engage our firm by paying a retainer, please note:

• Retainer fees are partially refundable depending on the amount of work already completed.

• If no work has been performed, and you choose to terminate the engagement early, a partial refund may be issued, subject to administrative fees and deductions for any time or services already rendered.

• Any refund will be calculated based on hourly billing rates for the work done up to the point of cancellation.

3. Flat Fee Services

For services rendered at a flat fee:

• A refund may be issued only if the service has not yet commenced and cancellation is requested within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 24–48 hours).

• Once work has begun, flat fees are non-refundable due to the nature of legal work and the time commitment involved.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Please note that payment for legal services is made in exchange for our time and expertise—not for a guaranteed outcome. Therefore, dissatisfaction with a case result does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Please email us at info@advolive.com with your full name, contact details, and the reason for your request.

• All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and responded to within 7–10 business days.
