1 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the digital platform, mobile applications and related services (collectively, “AdvoLive” or “Platform”) operated by Advor InfoTech Private Limited (“AdvoLive”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By ticking the acceptance checkbox or by continuing to use the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2 Scope of Services & Professional Disclaimer
AdvoLive operates an online marketplace that enables users (“Clients”) to identify, compare and engage independent, verified legal professionals (“Lawyers”). AdvoLive does **not** provide legal advice, operate a law practice, or enter into an attorney–client relationship with any user. All legal work is performed solely by the engaged Lawyer in their professional capacity. The Platform’s role is limited to (i) listing Lawyer profiles and (ii) facilitating appointment scheduling, document exchange and fee collection.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT: (a) NO LEGAL‑PRACTICE RELATIONSHIP EXISTS WITH ADVOLIVE; (b) EACH LAWYER IS AN INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADVICE RENDERED; and (c) CLIENT SHALL PERFORM ITS OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENGAGEMENT.
3 Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. We reserve the right to perform age verification (including Aadhaar‑based eKYC) and to terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
4 User Account & Security
You must create an account using accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
5 Fees, Payments & Refunds
Service fees are displayed prior to checkout. Payments are processed through RBI‑authorised payment gateways. Fees paid for Lawyer consultations become non‑refundable once the consultation commences. Refunds for technical failures or un‑delivered services will be processed within 7–10 working days. A detailed refund policy is available in the Help Centre.
6 Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVOLIVE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED (i) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO ADVOLIVE FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ₹10,000, WHICHEVER IS LOWER, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS PURPORTS TO EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAWS.
7 Indemnity
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless AdvoLive from and against all third‑party claims, damages and costs arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) any information or material you provide to the Platform, or (c) your violation of applicable law or third‑party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach or legal requirement. Upon termination, pre‑paid fees for undelivered services will be prorated and refunded. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
11 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, governmental action, network failure or pandemics.
